The staff took the time to explain exactly what I needed without making me feel embarrassed about my lack of knowledge. They even walked me through how to install some of the parts! I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive range and variety—everything from basic oil filters to more specialized components. The prices were very competitive compared to other places I've checked out, and they even had some sales going on. I did have to wait a little while since it was a busy Saturday, but the friendly atmosphere made the wait enjoyable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to increase the staff during peak hours to better handle the crowd. Overall, I'm really grateful for the assistance and I will absolutely be back for all my auto parts needs!
